- How can I load my card?
You can load/reload your card at any retail location that has the Global Recash symbol on the door. - Can I treat this card like a bank account and have my paycheck directly deposited on to my card?
Yes, all you have to do is call up customer service and attain your card’s routing number. You will need to put this and the card number on the direct deposit sheet that your employer asks for you to fill out. - Can I use this card to send money to friends and family?
Yes, you need to send a card to your loved one then complete a card to card funds share to that card. The funds can be used at more than one million ATM's and anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted. - Can I use this card to make purchases?
Yes, you may use this card at any POS location that displays any of the brands located on the back of your card. - Do I need to register the card?
Yes, in order to comply with the USA PATRIOT Act and to be FDIC insured, you will need to register the card. Once we complete the process your card will be fully functional. This process will take 24-48 hours. A credit check will not be performed. - Can I use the card to make purchases on the web?
No.
